The Next Chapter: Book-Themed Purses! Now, for my next big project, and I'm beyond excited about it: Book-Themed Purses! Imagine carrying a purse that looks like the full-size version of your absolute favorite book. My dream is that as Storyfold grows, it'll become easier to get licensing from more authors. That way, you'll be able to carry modern bestsellers with you, not just public domain titles. When it comes to crafting these unique items, I put so much love into every piece. For our existing book wallets, I designed the leather inserts myself. However, I quickly realized I simply didn't have the time or resources to make all of them by hand. So, I partnered with a fantastic leather company that uses vegan leather to bring my designs to life. The best part? I still hand-bind all the covers, do all the art, and create all the fun add-ons like keychains and magnets. The process for the purses will be the same. I'll need to order them from a manufacturer, ensuring they perfectly match my specific designs and work seamlessly with the book covers. Unfortunately, without knowing how popular this idea would be, the manufacturing cost for the purses is currently out of budget and too high a risk to take on my own. That's why I've decided to launch this Kickstarter campaign! It's an incredible way to gauge interest and, more importantly, to help get the funding needed to bring these beautiful book purses to life. Your support here will directly help cover those initial manufacturing costs, making this dream a reality. And if we're lucky enough to surpass our goal, I already have so many exciting ideas for the future!
